Marine Corps Strength
A former United States Marine Corps Infantry member, Dr. Kevin Pisle knows what it’s like to push your body to the limit — and to struggle when injuries hold you back. Years of back and leg pain from heavy loads and multiple disc herniations made everyday tasks, like changing clothes and caring for his newborn son, nearly impossible.
From Pain to Purpose
His own journey through pain and the relief he found with chiropractic care sparked his decision to become a chiropractor. Now, he helps others regain mobility and get back to the activities they love.

Education & Training
Originally from Ohio, Dr. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Capital University in Columbus. He and his family relocated to St. Charles to attend Logan University’s chiropractic program. Dr. Kevin is certified in Cox® Technic Flexion-Distraction and has advanced training treating the spine, arms, legs, and whole-body rehabilitation.
The Frenchtown Approach
We know life is busy, and self-care can be hard to fit in. That’s why every treatment is tailored to your needs. After a thorough consultation and evaluation, Dr. Kevin creates a personalized plan that fits seamlessly into your life. His expert, hands-on care, combined with practical strategies and simple exercises, relieves pain and provides you with the tools to stay active.

Community & Family
Captivated by the community, Dr. Kevin decided to make St. Charles home and opened Frenchtown Chiropractic. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family and serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Logan University’s College of Chiropractic.
